Refund and Shipping

When you shop with Pure South Speciality Store, you enjoy confidence – the confidence of knowing that if you have not received your expected purchase, you can simply return it to our store and we will provide you with an exchange or refund.
 
Returns are made on the following basis:
 
Goods purchased outside the stated best before date.
Goods are not of satisfactory state
Previously been unsealed and used
Receipt of an alternative product other than that advertised or purchased online
 
 
Proof of Purchase
 
Please note that all returns, refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by any one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:
 
Original  Receipt
 
Proof of Purchase online
Goods must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition
Goods must be returned within 7 days of payment/purchase
 
 
No Returns for Change of Mind
 
Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for Change of Mind on our consumable goods. Please select carefully and research the product you are purchasing for allergens or special need diet as we do not promote, certify or endorse any products.
 
We also do not offer refund or exchange on our candles or personal care items if they have been unsealed or used.
 
 
Refunds
 
Refunds will be made when it is established that we are unable to offer an alternative or an exchange. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment that the goods were originally purchased by.  Some credit card service providers can take up to 3 weeks to make the refund, this is outside the control or responsibility of Pure South Speciality Store & café L.L.C
